Klatch is an E-learning platform designed to help facilitators hold live, interactive workshops with just a few clicks. I joined the team at an early stage and build the core products from scratch. All the projects are approved by both stakeholders and engineers, some of the projects are fully launched in 2022 and 2023.
As a product designer, I led the UX design process for the entire website, focusing on improving accessibility and usability. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including CEO, product manager, software engineers, business teams, to deliver 50+ wireframe and prototype screens, with the goal of aligning the design with business growth objectives and increasing the conversion rate from 7.5% to 19%.

Klatch is a new platform designed to help facilitators hold live, interactive workshops with just a few clicks. As the platform gains popularity, it's becoming increasingly important for the homepage to effectively communicate the platform's value proposition and features to new visitors.
Through user research, we found that the current homepage is not effectively communicating the platform's value proposition and features, leading to low discoverability, inconsistency, and inefficiency.
The current homepage is lacking the right messaging and images, making it difficult for facilitators and learners to understand what Klatch is and how it works. The home page is not converting visitors into users, and it is unclear what Klatch offers and how it can benefit facilitators and learners.
1. Create a homepage that clearly communicates Klatch's unique value proposition, showcases its key features, and makes it easy for users to get started with the platform.
2. Provide a visually appealing and professional design that reflects the platform's brand and values.
Due to NDA, I'm unable to share specific information about the project until the feature is officially released. If you'd like more details, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you! 😄
My internship at Klatch lasted from September 2022 to Jan 2023 and it was an incredible learning experience.
I was tasked with redesigning the Klatch homepage, facilitate page, shop page, landing page, and blog page, which was a challenging and rewarding experience. My goal was to align the design with business growth goals and improve the conversion rate from 7.5% to 19%. To achieve this goal, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including the marketing and development teams, to deliver 50+ wireframe and prototype screens. I also advocated for the implementation of responsive design to improve product consistency and make sure that the website was accessible to users on different devices. As the lead UX designer, I was responsible for leading the UX iterations for the whole website. I focused on improving accessibility and usability, making sure that the website was easy to navigate and that users could find what they were looking for quickly and easily.
Overall, my internship at Klatch was a fantastic learning experience. I was able to apply my design skills to real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of the company. I am grateful for the opportunity and feel well prepared to tackle new challenges in my future career.
